To render technical and financial aid, when necessary to deserving individ-
ual, institutions or organization. To promote social welfare activities intend-
ed for the general ‘welfare of the public such as welfare of the family,

women, children and the handicapped and assistance in cases of unemploy-
ment, under employment, old age, sickness, disablement and other cases of

undeserved want as well as social security through insurance coverage
service- To carry on the business of rest homes, Convalescent homes and

private hospitals or any business of a like or similar nature and in connec-
tion therewith to employ nurses and attendants and to provide and supply

all such medical. Insurance and all such provisions and necessities as may
be required
